Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the item in its original Aikeyah packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.
Schedule Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
